Bulky or oversize orders-
Items for sale in store may be ordered and delivered however shipping costs may vary. If you wish to purchase instore items, please contact us and we can obtain a delivery price prior to purchase.
Alternatively you could purchase online and collect the item from the store when visiting Port Vincent.
Delivery time-
We aim to have orders dispatched from Port Vincent within 1-2 business days of order and payment being received. Please allow a few more days during peak periods
Orders in Australia will be delivered via the Australia Post Parcel Post service usually within 3-7 business days of their dispatch date.
If You Require Express Delivery Please Email Us To Arrange And Provide Costs.
Once dispatched, an email will be sent with a tracking number and helpful information regarding the tracking of the delivery progress of the goods.
If your order can't be left safely on the premises, it will be taken to a local Australia Post facility for collection. If this happens, an 'Item Awaiting Collection' card will be left for you.
Refunds and returns-
We take pride in sending orders on their way in the best condition possible however we also understand that sometimes unexpected things happen.
If you receive the order only to find that it does not fulfil your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone (08 8853 7003) or email at sales@giftsportvincent.com.au . We will then work with you within our obligations under Australian Consumer Law to rectify the situation.
We will replace or refund any item that is received damaged or faulty, however we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we must be notified via email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt of stock. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection and if so we will pay for the delivery cost.
